With AUPOS Personalmanagement (HR management), you can flexibly set up working time models tailored specifically to the workflows of your business. Absences such as vacation and sick leave are, of course, taken into account. Your employees can record their clock-in and clock-out times either the traditional way by manual entry, or by barcode scan or RFID chip at dedicated time and attendance terminals. Complex overtime and premium pay models can be mapped without difficulty, too. Via a standard interface, the actual time data can be transferred automatically to your payroll software. And the built-in reports give you a clear overview at all times.
