AUPOS Workflow 4.0
As every company knows, administrative work takes up a great deal of time. To keep this costly, labor-intensive work to a minimum, we developed AUPOS Workflow 4.0.
This module lets you control all upcoming work: individual work steps are first defined in the business process designer, broken down to department level or right down to individual staff members, and distributed as required. Clear quick-entry screens also guide staff through the necessary system entries, so that no step can be forgotten.
AUPOS Workflow 4.0 also groups complete transactions – for example, from the customer order to the outgoing customer invoice, or from the request for quotation to the supplier invoice – tags them appropriately in the document management system and archives them in an audit-proof manner. That does away with the usual mountains of paper in your offices.
